On this episode I chat with former HFX Wanderers captain, Alex De Carolis.  Alex recently launched his new player agency so I got the lowdown of what it takes to be an agent in the modern game. Alex tells us what inspired to start ADC The Players' Agency and also what pitfalls there is out there for players starting their journey. We also look at how the Wanderers are doing and we chat about Italy's win at the Euros.
