Very excited to interview one of my favorite local authors here in San  Diego Jim Ruland, who is quickly becoming one of the most important historians of underground music. In this conversation we talk about  Jim’s journey to becoming a writer, discovering punk rock, organizing literature events punk rock style, researching his books about musicians and his process.    Jim is the LA Times bestselling author of Corporate Rock Sucks: The Rise and Fall of SST Records.
