Many coaches are awarded and celebrated for coaching staff of the year awards in local and national categories. Also 3 to 5 members are inducted into the hall of fame. Carol also coaches at the University of Louisville. If a young athlete wants to get noticed by their preferred college then that player needs to get to a clinic or camp for that school to get noticed and possibly talk to the head coach!  Carol emphasizes the benefit of joining the NFCA for such a great price.
