Episode 104: ON HIGH

On this episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman, Mike chats with ON HIGH! Comprised of Sam Boxold (vocals, guitar), Alex Lofton (bass), and Andy Ackroyd (drums), ON HIGH blends pop punk and alternative elements for an energetic and diverse sound that's sure to grab the attention of music fans. Having worked with the likes of John Feldmann (Goldfinger, Blink-182, Mod Sun, Sueco, Fever 333), Zakk Cervini (All Time Low, Bring Me The Horizon, Machine Gun Kelly), Ashton Irwin (5 Seconds of Summer), Calum Hood (5 Seconds of Summer), and Travis Barker, ON HIGH has taken their collective musical experience from previous projects and poured it into ON HIGH. Since August, 2022, the band has released five singles and multiple music videos. The latest of those is "Misuse," a catchy, genre-blending tune about missing someone which just dropped in May. In this episode, ON HIGH chats with Mike about how the band came together, what they've learned from their collective experiences over the years in other projects, the inspiration behind their debut music video "Alive," feeling rejuvenated after a break from music, and more. This episode of the podcast also features the single "Alive" from ON HIGH, available where you get your music! Follow ON HIGH on Instagram @onhighband.
