Episode 105: Adding Value and Fear of Speaking Up

I wanted to dive into this topic of adding value but I couldn't tackle it without bringing up another well know issue. There has been this overwhelming fear of speaking up when it comes to communication channels in the workplace between employees and employers. Remember when I address employers, I always group the known titles of manager, supervisor, business owner, and/or CEO. They are all the same person when it comes to someone holding a leadership role over employees.  In this episode we will discuss the more evident reasons employees fear speaking up and why it is so important to address this issue for the benefit of seeing growth in your business and the lives of each individual.  As always, relationship is the foundation to all these things.
