Welcome back, today it's my pleasure to introduce you to Dr. Mathew Donald. Mathew has been involved in organisational change since 1984, working with some of the world's leading companies in Australia, Hong Kong, France and the United States and in industries as diverse as mining, cosmetics, petroleum and fast-moving consumer goods. More recently, Mathew has been lecturing in university and is the author of a fascinating book entitled "Leading and Managing Change in the Age of Disruption and Artificial Intelligence", which has just been published.
