Today's guest is a big fan of bright socks! and is the ideas guy in lettings at Paramount. He is also a mentor for property professionals through Agents Together and firmly believe everyone needs a mentor. He also strongly believes in giving back to our community, which is why I sit on the Board of Directors for Agents Giving.His current 'why' is watching the individuals within his team grow.
