Episode #105 - Tossing Some Dough - Mitch Rotolo

from The Patty-G Show · host Patrick D. Gremillion

Bringing in the first episode of 2022 not only with a new guest, but also filming in a new studio with an all new scenery. Our first guest of this fourth season of The Patty-G Show is Mitch Rotolo. He is the owner of Rotolo's Pizzeria and Rotolo's Craft and crust. Since opening his first door in 1996, Mitch has taken his brand across the gulf south and now moving into Tennessee. As an entrepreneur from a young age it was clear that Mitch wanted to do something different with his life. By the time he was in his early twenties, Mitch took the leap forward and opened his first pizza shop in New Orleans and was delivering pizzas via bicycle. As the brand continued to grow he drove down to Baton Rouge to check out a dough mixer and ended up going home with a building of his own. In this episode we learn the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur, the mindset Mitch has had since day one, and what it takes to grow a pizza shop from the ground up.
