Niki Morrissette, aka VeNika-- is a yoga/meditation teacher, musician, and actress based in Los Angeles. Her classes are a blend of heart-centered grounding and playful curiosity. Students are invited to both challenge and fiercely accept themselves. Niki's teaching is greatly influenced by Schuyler Grant and the Kula Yoga Project, Elena Brower, and Claudine and Honza Lafond of YogaBeyond. A lifelong singer and performer, VeNika blends tools and wisdom acquired for a life on the stage, with practices that can be a vector for healing; She loves helping individuals find freedom in their bodies and authentic expression. As a member of the Brooklyn band Great Caesar, VeNika has toured the country sharing the stage with diverse acts from Indigo Girls to Allen Stone. Her latest musical project, VeNika, is a soulful exploration of heartbreak, authenticity, and resilience. Expect VeNika's EP in the Fall of 2020.
