So many of us have competed in sports at some point in our lives. What happens though is only a select portion of us will go onto college to compete at a higher level, and then from there an even smaller percentage will go pro.  What we often see are the athletes who struggle once the game they know and love is over. What do they do when they need to transition from the sports world to the business world? So many athletes struggle with this because they truly don't understand how much they learn during their playing days.  Matt Mounier has taken it upon himself to assist these athletes and help bridge that gap as they make that transition.
