Episode 107: Untangling from the Serious ✨ Today's Message: "Find the humor, find the joy, find the creations, find the wonder. Be delighted. See the serious, but don't get tangled in it. Rejoice, my love, for all is a gift for you." When Life Feels Heavy, Look for the Wonder 🌿 This morning, I sat at the edge of the jungle in Costa Rica, deep in prayer. 🌿 My mind was serious, my heart was heavy, filled with a vision from my past. 🌿 And then, just feet away from me, an anteater appeared. 🔹 This strange, beautiful creature reminded me of something so simple: God has a sense of humor. 🔹 In the middle of grief, pain, and deep work, there is always something to laugh about, something to delight in. 🔹 The invitation today is this: Let life be both. Let it be deep and light. Let it be sacred and joyful. The Danger of Getting Tangled 🎭 Life is serious. Yes. 🎭 But when we become tangled in that seriousness, it turns into suffering. 🎭 Just like two necklaces left in a bag, when we let thoughts loop over and over, they knot up. 💡 The key to untangling: ✨ Recognize the serious without letting it control you. ✨ Make space for lightness, laughter, and play. ✨ Remember that God created absurd, silly things—like the anteater—simply for the joy of it.
