Episode 108: Meet Jennifer!

Jenny grew up in Kingston, Ontario loving horses for as long as she can remember.  Her grandmother used to drive her around and knock on people's doors to see if she could pet their horses!!  Horses were always a safe space for Jenny mentally. They never judged, always listened and made me a more confident young woman. Fast forward 20 years and she was now married, moved back to Kingston from Ottawa and found herself feeling completely lost and her world crumbling around her. Over a 10 year period she had gained 100 lbs and was chronically in pain, depressed and had no energy.  In speaking with a Social Worker it was suggested Jenny find something that was just for her.
