General Motors and Ford have revised their projected production numbers downwards and delayed the release of new EV models, in some cases reintegrating combustion engines such as plug-in hybrids into their portfolios. Similarly, companies like Volkswagen and Honda have adjusted their investments, showing a renewed interest in combustion technologies and a reconsideration of strict all-EV goals. Despite these adjustments, (which is not the same as a pivot!)
