The intense worry and fear about everyday situations can elevate our heart rate, breathe more rapidly, perspire, and feel shaky, or tremble and we have a sense of impending danger or panic.Anxiety can be a normal feeling in stressful situations such as taking an exam, meeting new people or public speaking.
