This week, Chris sits down with 20+ year Firefighter/Paramedic Kenny Schroeder. Kenny served the majority of his career in Independence, Kentucky, and retired as a Lieutenant and member of their peer support team. Kenny experienced depression throughout his career, but didn't realize it. He coped with signing up for more and more overtime shifts and drinking alcohol. After retirement, Kenny struggled with feeling a sense of purpose.
