Episode 109 // Holding Absence/Alpha Wolf The Lost & The Longing Review // Heart of Gold Beautiful Dangerous Review // Interview with Mau of AMFest

Sam and Jac are somewhat divided in this episode and talk about the upcoming collaboration from Holding Absence and Alpha Wolf with their split EP 'The Lost & The Longing' which combines melody and metalcore. There's also a review of the debut album from Heart of Gold 'Beautiful Dangerous', the solo project from Being As An Ocean Vocalist Michael McGough and one that delivers pop hits with a bucket load of influences and sounds. If that wasn't enough Sam sat down with AMFest organiser Mau Barba to discuss the festival, it's staggering line up and the logistics, impact of the pandemic, ticket pricing and loads more. This year the likes of Cult of Luna, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Carpenter Brut will be there as well as loads more. Grab tickets here.
