For our last ‘80s fever dream film we went with one neither of our hosts had seen before - Legend. It stars Tom Cruise as an unlikely (an character arc-less) hero wearing a strange metal skirt. But more importantly, the antagonist - the Lord of Darkness - is portrayed wonderfully by the one and only Tim Curry. And the prosthetics and makeup are phenomenal.

Scare-O-Meter Ratings:

Tasha - 3 out of 10

Julia - 3.5 out of 10

Jack-O-Lantern Ratings:

Julia - 3 out of 5

Tasha - 3.5 out of 5

Consensus: Spooky factor is on par with The Dark Crystal - definitely safe for our horror newbies. Worth the watch for Tim Curry alone.
