Episode 109: Subaru's Future is Electric?

In the corporate world, it isn't necessarily that surprising when a company gets a new CEO. By the beginning of April, both Subaru of America and Subaru Japan will both have new CEO's. And in both cases, the new CEO's were chosen to focus on Subaru's move to electrification. So this may be a big deal??? In the case of Subaru USA, Tom Doll is stepping down as CEO, and he has basically been in charge of Subaru USA since 2013. This may mark a big shift for Subaru in the coming months and years, and those changes may now be much bigger than they were going to be. So what does this all mean?
