Episode 10a: Can you handle having out of town units?

In this episode, I discuss the idea of having units in different states and how to manage them. I think that it all depends on the cleaner that you choose and how often this person can clean your units. If an emergency happens, what would you do? If your cleaner quits, what would you do? So many factors come into mind when it comes to deciding on if you should have units in your town, out of town, or both.
