By definition the word "able" means having a quality or nature that makes something possible, so then the word "teachable" means apt and willing to learn.Remaining Teachable is important because we live in an ever changing world full of innovation and change so if you are not teachable then you will find yourself stuck in a mindset that may have helped you get to where you are but cannot help you get where you want to go. Teachable People have an Attitude Conducive to Learning, they possess a beginner's mind-set and they encourage others of positive influence to speak into their lives on a daily basis. They are not afraid of feedback or correction.
