Episode 11: Breast Cancer Awareness

Pink October is an international phrase for breast cancer awareness month. You will see pink ribbons, shirts, tutus and hats everywhere as women stand together to encourage one another to get their screening mammogram done, but also to support all of our wonderful breast cancer survivors because the battle is not done yet. So, I encourage you to listen to episode #11 to get to know what it means to have a Well Women Exam that includes a breast exam and understand your mammogram results once you get it done. Remember this is an education piece to create awareness. If you have a questions about your mammogram results, always make an appointment with your provider to discuss your questions and concerns.
