Episode 11: Channeling The Violet Flame Energy

Hello, World! Episode 11 is here! In this guided meditation, we channel the violet flame to cleanse our energy and raise our vibrations. The violet flame is thought to be a powerful spiritual energy that helps to lead individuals towards spiritual enlightenment. I like to work with the violet flame energy as violet has a very high vibrational frequency and fire itself is a very purifying element. In this meditation I use decrees, which are essentially mantras, to help activate the violet flame energy within. Before starting this meditation, you may wish to light a candle and maybe take a moment to acknowledge your higher self or any spiritual beings that you work with in order to get yourself into the violet flame mindset.
