After leaving the Army, Lisa worked for Royal Dutch Shell before returning to military service as a reservist. She currently serves as the Director of Civil Engineering at M&S Engineering and is a partner at Talent War Group. As an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Expert, and Keynote Speaker, Lisa is dedicated to helping others improve their leadership and effectiveness both professionally and personally.
