In today's episode I am joined with Gabrielle who has had Ulcerative Colitis since 2018, she hasn't been in remission as of yet. She has recently decided to speak out about her Colitis, she explains that you shouldn't hide your condition at first I was embarrassed to talk about mine but now i talk about it in order to spread awareness. Gabrielle also has her own blog telling people's journeys IBD and non IBD related topics. This episode is a great listen.
