On this episode of The Principles of Fitness Podcast we welcome the guy of Genesis Performance, Trevor Tom and Shawn Corkery. The guys are known for their method of training called Genesis Flow, which is a form of loaded movement training that incorporates rhythm and timing in order to enhance something called "Farm Boy Strength". Trevor and Shawn came out with a video a couple of years ago, which you can see here Team Genesis Bored, demonstrating the freedom of motion that is Genesis Flow. Since that video was released Institute of Motion Founder Michol Dalcourt brought the guys onto the his team and now they release videos demonstrating different flows on the IOM Platform, which is available for iPhone and Android.  On this episode we discuss:  What is Genesis Flow and how it got started How IOM Founder Michol Dalcourt came across the Genesis video and brought them onto board the team.
