I wanted Adeva on the podcast as I wanted to mix up the typical podcast structure and talk about her coming across the industry and how she got into it. For me, she was extremely proactive in her job search, attending job fairs and applying to companies directly alongside putting in a lot of research into her job search. She has an awesome story, and anyone looking to come into the industry from university should definitely take note. A great podcast guest with a whole heap of personality.
