Ashton Henderson works in athletic administration at Florida State University, played football at Michigan State University and is co-author of the book Beyond the Gridiron. On this podcast we talk about NCAA Eligibility criteria, careers in sports and how his injury transformed his life. He also offers advice to young athletes and parents as to how to make the best decisions for college.
