I sat down with Jacob Spellis local business owner, Social worker, and Community organizer. Jacob was convicted of Trafficking in Heroin in 2010. Jacob went on to to court mandated treatment while incarcerated Jacob received his GED, moving forward he went on to graduate with his Master Degree from University of Michigan. Jacob continues to work heavily with Re-entry Coalitions for Felons, the community, and also mental health and substance use in Toledo Ohio. We had a great conversation.
