She is a career advancement coach and an Accountant's career Coach. She aims to help women in accounting who may be struggling to find and use their voice, and to progress in their career development or professional growth, especially in corporate America. She has a passion for equipping women accountants with the essential skills required to excel in any professional setting. She has 15+ years of experience in corporate accounting. She used to work as a Corporate Controller. She has broad experience in Team Leadership and has successfully managed teams of various sizes with employees in the US, Canada, and Latin America.But, for several years she was overworked, under-resourced and struggled to meet deadlines, and received no support or understanding from the upper management; and instead they exploited the situation, as Sherika at that time didn´t ecognize her value, which other people saw.
