Episode 11: Loving Myself is One of the Greatest Gifts I can Give My Children

One of the hardest yet most important things we can do is to love and accept ourselves. Today on @embracelamusica podcast, I get super personal and talk about my journey to confidence and believing that I'm worth loving after struggling with eating disorders over a decade ago.
