We spoke with architect and urban planner Maria de Irantzu Serra Lasa, specialized in Disaster Risk Management, Recovery, and Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) in crisis contexts.In this interview, she shares her perspective on disaster recovery in light of today’s challenges: climate change, migration, and housing access disputes.
