Episode 11: Mike Sgroi

A man who took all the minor league mutants on when they were roaming around in the ECHL, UHL, and AHL. Racking up 2,021 PIM while doing so and competing in the Black & Blue Battle of the Hockey Enforcers, Mike Sgroi! Mike took on all the heavies back in the day such as Bonvie, Mirasty, Melnychuck, Mcgrattan, and that's just the surface. It was hard to even pick which guys to talk about from the fight card the list was so long! Mike, enforcer turned to youth coach now enjoys his time teaching kids to properly give and receive body checks which is almost a lost art these days.
