Episode 11: Take A Walk!!!

Learning to break a negative (saboteur) mind set is hard. But it can be accomplished through practice and telling yourself positive (sage) messages. For me, this manifests itself in getting up, changing my scenery, and going for a 10-15 minute walk. It helps me reset. It doesn’t always happen right away either. Sometimes it can take most of the walk for me to get centered and present - other times I need a longer walk. The point is, the more I listen to my sage voice an call out the saboteur voices, the more success I have of getting to the right mindset. I’m not perfect at it, but I’m always getting better. Find what works for you and don’t be afraid to tell your negative voices to f*ck off! I believe in you, you should too. Share this episode with someone who needs to give themselves a break and take a walk, and let others know that you believe in them when deserved.
