Pam Kinamore, a beloved Baton Rouge area interior designer vanished without a trace on July 12th, days later, her brutalized body was discovered near Whiskey Bay with her throat slashed—through groundbreaking DNA evidence, confirmation would come, that the Baton Rouge area had a Serial Killer stalking and killing unsuspecting women. Derrick Todd Lee (DTL) terrorized the Baton Rouge and Lafayette Louisiana.
