Episode 11: To Being Everything to Everyone

from To (Mom) Life · host Jodi Fried

On this week's episode, I sit down with Devora Boroosan and discuss the negatives thoughts that weigh down on most mothers. We talk about the feeling of being "everything to everyone" and how it is an unattainable goal that a lot of moms hold for themselves. It's okay to be imperfect as a mom! We are all human and we all make mistakes sometimes! Setting unrealistic goals and standards for yourself will only do more damage to your children, your relationship with your spouse, and your mental health. As long as you are trying your best your children will recognize that and love you just the same.
