Episode 11-Upset the "patriarchal wet dream"

In this episode I share some words from the amazing Sophie Bashford found in her  book "You Are a Goddess". If you don't know of her I encourage you to find her.  I love the power in her words, I encourage you to see how her words feel in your body. This idea that our society is the way it is to "keep women in line".  I know this isn't a new concept however, I offer you the space to really sit with this idea and feel where you feel it in your body and what BS story may bubble up for you.
