Meanwhile, Tom has another spring in his step after being inspired by last week’s interview with Liz McColgan. Kyle continues to build towards the 24 hour treadmill world record attempt with a couple of ultra runs including a treadmill 50k run. We have a couple of fine Scottish performances from Sarah Inglis and Adam Craig along with some retro London Marathon results in 1991!
