We connected with Griffin back in 2018/2019 when they were budding contractors, and now they've opened their own brewpub in Beamsville, ON, deep in Niagara wine country. Cee and Griffin spoke about their journey from being contractors to now offering contract services to up-and-coming breweries themselves, their approach to their beers, why they chose to focus on mostly lagers and Belgian styles, how their incredible kitchen came to be, and the growth of craft beer in the Niagara region.
