Hang or post pictures by your favorite artists, favorite inspiring quotes, favorite colors, rocks, crystals, flowers.) Remove distractions: try leaving your phone outside your studio or on the other side of the room, and try to make it in a separate part of the house. Create a daily studio ritual. Say a prayer or intention before you begin. Set out your paints. Create your own ritual! Take out any art you’ve created you no longer resonate with, dislike or aren’t proud of. This drags down your energy into the past and makes you feel heavy. Store it somewhere else, or give it away. You want to live from your future, NOT your past.
