Really great to meet her and hear her journey in sport.  Sarah says " I Started running at age 36, was 3rd in my first race which was a ladies only 10k. I Joined Ipswich JAFFA, Jogging And Fitness For All, and  ran Ipswich marathon in 3.36.00 and was first Lady. Became a good marathon runner with PB of 3.06.07 in 1993 at London age 45. Ran marathons all over the world.I Moved to Bournemouth and started Triathlon in 1999 and got the bug, found out about agegroup events and have raced them ever since. I went to my first World Champs in Cancun in 2002 and came 4th.
