I am delighted to welcome to the podcast Tom Hutchins from Brew By Numbers, based in Greenwich. Brew By Numbers was launched in December 2012,  and continue to lead the way for hazy East Coast pale ales in the UK, and are also seen as a pioneer on issues such as the importance of freshness, beer cold storage, and continue to be a major influence on taproom culture in London. Aside from brewing amazing beer, Tom's passion is to promote a responsible link between beer and health, and it was great to catch up with him at the opening session of the BBNo Riverside Festival for an update.
