I also discuss if forgiveness is necessary to move forward, particularly when we have been really hurt by someone. Further, I discuss self-forgiveness, how to engage in self-forgiveness, as well as highlight forgiveness therapy. This is the last episode of Season 3 of Psych Talk. Season 4 does not have a launch date yet; however, it will be coming.
