The productivity may be based on Revenue Value Units/RVUs or collections. Many people, and probably more so trainees looking at their first position post medical training, focus on the salary offered. If you plan on being at the job for more than 2 years, you’ll want to look ahead at what your compensation will be like and how it may change.
