Episode 1139 - Jarvis Kingston I Waited Patiently For The LORD And He Inclined Unto Me And Heard My Cry Psalm 40:1 The LORD Is My Shepherd !

Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 Psalm 23:1 I Waited Patiently For The LORD And He Inclined Unto Me And Heard My Cry Psalm 40:1 DEVOTION Based on Psalm 40 In tonight’s psalm, King David pleads for help from God, while also thanking Him for the many things He has already done on David’s behalf. Thanking God fuels our faith and reminds us that He will continue to help us now just as He has done in the past. Our pleas can then be laced with hope, knowing that He is our help and comfort. As you prepare for tonight’s meditation, inhale the blessing of God’s presence in your life, and exhale your worries into His hands. Remember the good He has done in your past and take comfort in knowing He’ll receive all that troubles you right now. A.C.T.S. REFLECTION ADORATION: In His Word, God reminds us of our great need for Him. We need not worry about His foundation shaking or crumbling; the same hands that built the foundation of the world are the hands that give us a firm foundation in our lives. You can praise His name as you rest tonight, knowing He will help you-you are safe and secure in His strong, loving hands. CONFESSION: Think of a time when you allowed your worries and anxiety to distract you from God's faithfulness to you. Ask for His forgiveness and for relief from those fears. Ask for His help to keep your eyes on Him, even when you are struggling while waiting for your prayers to be answered. THANKSGIVING: Thank God for the wonderful things He has done in your life. Thank Him for the prayers He has answered faithfully in your past as well as the ones He will answer on your behalf in the future. SUPPLICATION: Father, I love You and thank You for the many ways You’ve delivered me through trials. You have been so faithful in meeting my needs and providing hope that has helped my heart remain inspired and steadfast. I release to You now my requests for help and peace, and I trust that You will lead me on safe ground. Hold me through this night and give me deep, peaceful rest to refresh and restore my tired body.M y praise for You will ever be on my lips. Amen. PRAYER “The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing.” PSALM 23:1 Lord, You are the good shepherd. In You, there is a stillness of thought and soul restoration. I pray that You would lie me down in Your green pastures, that I may rest my weary mind. I pray that You would gently lead me to Your still waters, where there is refreshment for my spirit. Lord, I know I can be surrounded by turmoil and still have peace because You are with me everywhere I go. From the moment I rise in the morning till I lay my head back in bed, You sustain and encourage me. I know that wherever You are, there is goodness and mercy. In Your presence, I want to dwell forever. Lead me into beautiful and supernatural peace tonight. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/jarvis-kingston--1517583/support.Repent and Get Baptized
