In his current role as CEO and President of General Informatics Monistere is responsible for the overarching strategic vision as they endeavor to aggressively grow their Managed Services Business through organic growth as well as choosing the right acquisitions partners that adds to the value that GI has been known to bring the market. Monistere has been a well-known executive for many years in the technology space and has been quite successful in his career as an executive in the Information Technology industry. Monistere served as the Chief Operations Officer for IBML and was trusted with the day-to-day operations of IBML’s marketing, sales, manufacturing, implementations, support, and IT services. Previously, Monistere was Senior Vice President and General Manager at C-Spire where he was responsible for developing and executing short and long-term plans in collaboration with the company’s executive team. Before C-Spire, Monistere served in leadership roles for TekLinks over a span of ten years and most recently served as the company’s President, prior to TekLinks being acquired by C-Spire in 2018. Prior to his tenure at TekLinks, Monistere was the Founder, CEO and President of Vista Information Systems, a regional Systems Integration company that was acquired by TekLinks in 2008 after 15 years of prosperous growth. Don has a strong background in successfully leading information technology companies and his experience in sales, marketing, operations and IT services along with support helps organizations accelerate their growth trajectory, better serve their customers and he facilitates management frameworks that allows organizations like Vista, TekLinks and IBML to scale their operations and prepare for hyper-growth Monistere is also an author publishing “Enhanced Life Performance” in 2017 and his second “Enhanced Executive Performance” with his third in the trilogy “Enhanced Corporate Performance” due out late this summer.
