Episode 114--Testing Our Sweat Rates at the SlayRX Lab!

This week, we traveled to the SlayRX lab in west Atlanta to undergo testing. We each spent a hard hour in a hot and humid room, and afterwards, the team at SlayRX analyzed both the volume of our sweat and its electrolyte content. The results were interesting and very informative! We recorded the entire process and then we debriefed it afterwards, so you will get a clear sense of how the process works and what it means for hydrating in hot conditions.
