Episode 114 - The Fourth Annual Pimps & Simps Awards with Evan Salazar

HO HO HO YOU LITTLE GUTTER GANG PAIN PIGS! The holidays are in full swing and the year is quickly coming to close, which can mean only one thing: it is time for our annual Pimps & Simps Awards. This is our fourth year of our little award show, recognizing the winners and losers of small press comics and presenting it in a digestible format for you, the listener, to enjoy as you avoid making eye contact with your aunt as she tries to explain why CHINA is trying to make you trans for Obama. We're joined with past guest Evan Salazar to discuss the best and worst players in comics and why we believe they should be recognized for their achievements and/or failures by presenting them with a series of completely made-up awards with zero cash value. Whose names are inducted in the halls of fame and shame alike for 2023? You'll have to tune in to find out. PS This one is nearly 2 hours long to make up for our absence from the week prior. You're welcome ;) We also wanna thank our newest sponsor, MAGIC MIND. Magic Mind is an energy and performance-boosting matcha drink packed with adaptogens, nootropics, and vitamins. Designed to be sipped once per day, the beverage helps attain a clearer state of mind and steady energy. Go to magicmind.com/gutterboys and get 20% off any order.
