Episode 115 - Faithful

Welcome to Daily Growth Point, I’m Pastor John Bingham.It is not uncommon for us to be consumed with results. Are the Chiefs going to make the Playoffs? How many people attended church? How many people were saved last year? We often become results driven because we have a natural born desire to do things well. Yet, the quest to see results can blur what matters most.  As a Christian, God says one of the most important things is to be faithful. One example of faithfulness in the New Testament was Silas. Peter called him “a faithful brother.” Silas was found faithful because he never got his eyes off the Saviour. A faithful heart looks for ways to walk with God.As we come into the New year, ask yourself, “What Can I do to be more faithful?” Choose to take steps to create a life that is faithful to God.
