Prasad is a former top management thinker of Indian origin, is also a distinguished thought leader in innovation, leadership, and change management. Known for integrating business strategies with insights from brain research and spirituality, he advised 130 plus C level executives at Fortune 500 companies. Co author of From Start to Rise, he founded the Center of Leadership, Innovation, and Change at ISB and co founded  TIE Silicon Valley’s Entrepreneur Institute. Post retirement, he focuses on non profits, education, and youth, drawing from Indian spiritual wisdom for inner transformation. With a PhD in physics from IIT Madras, Prasad has made significant contributions as an educator, consultant, and author.
