We learned all about his journey from originating in Houston, TX and competing in grilling contests on the weekend, to opening his very first concept right at the heart of LSU campus. Ozzie has worn each and every hat, but allows his staff the creative freedom necessary to put their unique spin on the recipes contained in each concept.
